Store number 25 made it’s debut in 2018 - an expansion of Pagliacci’s growing gourmet pizza chain.

The existing corner tenant space was remodeled to build out a new dining room detailed with custom designed and handcrafted counters, furnishings and light fixtures. Each element was designed down to the smallest details including the dining room’s steel and walnut tables. The layout of the kitchen - pizza ovens, make, toss, and cut tables, POS and slice bar - were laid out to streamline workflow.

A focus of the remodel was on exposing the building’s structural components while opening up the space. Additionally, an existing steel entry canopy was modified and expanded to create a new outdoor fireplace and seating area.
