In 2009, we converted an historic industrial building into a production bakery for Macrina Bakery. But as Macrina grew, so did their need for a newer, larger production facility.

So in 2015, Macrina looked south to industrial Kent and tapped us to help them convert a warehouse space into a 40,000 SF artisan production bakery and commissary kitchen with 4000 SF of corporate office space and a 2,000 SF cafe.

The project included extensive structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rework to support the client’s operational equipment.
